If you’re looking to gently reset your metabolism without deprivation, this broccoli frittata is a powerful place to start.

Built around high-quality protein, healthy fats, and minimal carbohydrates, it helps stabilize blood sugar, support fat burning, and keep hunger hormones in check—three essentials for metabolic renewal.

Simple, satisfying, and deeply nourishing, this frittata is the kind of meal that helps your body recalibrate and thrive.

PREPARATION: 10 minutes
COOK: 35 minutes
SERVES: 2

Broccoli Frittata Ingredients

1 cup broccoli florets
2 tablespoons butter
10 large eggs
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Broccoli Frittata Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F
  1. Blanch the broccoli in a pot of boiling salted water until it’s bright green and tender-crisp, about 6–8 minutes. Drain the broccoli and set it aside.
  1. Heat the butter in an oven-safe skillet set over medium heat. Whisk the eggs with the parsley, salt, and pepper until combined. Add the broccoli to the skillet in an even layer and pour the egg mixture over the top.
  1. Place a fitted lid on the skillet, place it in the oven, and cook the broccoli frittata until the eggs are set, about 20–25 minutes.
  1. Slice the broccoli frittata into eight wedges and serve immediately.

Tip: If you don’t have a lid for your skillet, place a sheet of aluminum foil on top of the skillet and pinch the edges to seal in the steam.
