Ingredients
3 cups chopped pineapple
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
(1/2-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled
1/4 cup small-diced fresh pineapple
Pineapple Ginger Lemonade Pops Instructions
- In a food processor, process the 3 cups chopped pineapple, lemon zest, and ginger until mostly smooth, about one minute.
- Put a couple of teaspoons of the diced pineapple in each ice-pop mold. Pour the puree over the top, insert the handles or popsicle stick, and freeze until solid.
